We do not rent, sell, share or trade any of our users personal details to any outside organisations.


Registered delegates may receive one or more emails when they first register for moreconference, when they receive a direct message from another delegate at the same conference, or when activity occurs on the message board which may be relevant to them. The option to unsubscribe from particular communication is included in all regular emails.

Conference organisers are encouraged to distribute the moreconference sign in details to delegates before the event begins through their own channels including email communication, written communication and other means. moreconference also includes the facility for conference organisers to share their delegates’ email addresses with moreconference for the purpose of moreconference communicating the sign in details to the unregistered delegates. moreconference will send a maximum of one email to each unregistered delegate.


We use "cookies" (small pieces of data we store for an extended period of time on your computer, mobile phone, or other device) to make moreconference easier to use. For example, we use them to store your login ID (but never your password) to make it easier for you to login whenever you come back to moreconference. Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our website. Users may opt out of Google’s use of cookies by visiting the Google advertising opt-out page.

Log files

We use log files to analyse trends, monitor user's visits and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
